As impacts and shocks cause problems in pneumatical applications, actuators harm themselves and also the operation through kinetic energy. Throttle valves are used to take speed under control. This addition supplies stable motion. On the other hand, shock absorbers which are added to absorbe impacts are effective only in the last position of the actuators.
We have developed Hydro-Pneumatical Actuators in order to overcome these problems. We divide the subject into two. We provide the driving activity to continue through pneumatical application. However we take advantage of hydraulic support to take the mass in motion under control. This application resulted in taking speed under control. Apart from this, it has become possible to restart after a cycle. Speed can be adjusted infinitely and independently. This provides stability in fixing the end positions.
